The environment is at the heart of what we do and we undertake a 10 minute shoreline beach clean for every purchase made.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items including earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For MADE TO ORDER items, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be dispatched.
Your jewellery will arrive in sustainable packaging - items come wrapped in 80% recycled tissue paper and gift boxes are 80% recycled card and easy to compost.
Should you be buying your item as a gift, we offer the convenience of a gift wrap option with personalised note.
We also have a minimal packaging option available. Please add your shipping preference when adding your product to your cart.
