Orders will be delivered as stock becomes available. Most items are in stock and will be dispatched with 1-3 working days.
All pre-orders & bespoke items are made to order on acceptance of full payment. Lead times range from approx. 2-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. We will endeavour to keep you up to date.
Occasionally an order may be declined. I reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime if supplies cannot be sourced or the design is no longer viable.
For returns.
Once you receive your order please check it over and make sure you are happy with it. All returns are to be made within 14 days of receipt. This means the parcel showing as arrived at the shipping address. For returns to be accepted, a return must be unworn and unopened without any damage. Earrings can only be returned if the postage box seal has not been removed.

Please note that bespoke orders are excluded from returns as they are made to your specific requirements & materials are brought specifically for your order. A £25 booking fee/administration fee for bespoke orders is non refundable.
Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless still in the sealed box. Returns made on earrings that have been opened will not qualify for a refund.

Please contact me as soon as possible via the returns section after receiving your order to let me know you wish to return something and what item you would like to return. Please note all returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Returns can only be accepted from the original purchaser with a valid receipt.
The customer is responsible for paying for returns and must supply tracking information as soon as you have posted the item, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the items are posted and received on time.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unworn, without damage. If items are returned not in the original condition, or shown to be worn or damaged from a lack of care taken then a refund will be refused.
If returns are made outside of the 14 days window they will. not be accepted.
In special circumstances a credit voucher will be issued outside of the 14 days return window.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:-
Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders, bespoke orders, Items engraved.
Intimate items including earrings (for health/hygiene reasons) unless the parcel box is sealed still.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs & are responsible for tracking parcels. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a return may be declined.
Returns once accepted will undertake a returns process of up to 14 days.
Customers are responsible for paying p&p for returns.
Customers are responsible for providing a return tracking no.
It is recommended that the special delivery Royal Mail service is used for returns to ensure a safe return of your item. This is the only Royal Mail service that guarantees an insurance on precious metal.
Bespoke orders: There is a small £25 non-refundable booking fee/ administration fee for bespoke orders. This covers a 30 minute consultation. Further communications may incur a charge if there is an amendment to the design process. This is part of the price of the bespoke piece price. Please ensure you are certain with the order as once a bespoke order has been placed 100% payment must be made before a bespoke order can be commenced.
If placing an order for a bespoke seaglass piece of jewellery you must first sign the acceptance form before work will commence on your pieces acknowledging you are accepting the risk of breakage.
Returns are not accepted for bespoke items on any terms. Please ensure that you are happy with the design before work commences as once payment is taken this is considered an agreement of contract and you cannot change your mind from this point onwards. If in the event you are unhappy with your bespoke piece, a discretionary return may be considered minus the booking administration fee.
When placing an order it is requirement that you provide an e-mail for order confirmation, a recipient name and address for delivery. Your details will only be held to fullfill your delivery.
Returns are not accepted on bespoke items.
International orders: custom and import charges are payable by the customer in the destination country if applicable.
I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

You do not have permission to re-sell goods. Or to use any photos or product descriptions.
It is not permissible to use text, designs and photos on other websites, marketing material, social media, 3rd party advertising without prior consent.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, create works from any content on this website.
You may not interfere with the running of the site or overload it, engage in disruptive acivity.
