local deliveries to BH postcodes go out once/twice a week with a minimum spend. If you need a more speedy option please upgrade.

PACKING AND WRAPPING

All items come packaged as standard unless otherwise specified. For gift wrapping, this option must be added to cart.

Standard wrapping:
Your jewellery will arrive in sustainable packaging - items come wrapped in 80% recycled tissue paper.

Gift wrapping:
Should you be buying your item as a gift, we offer the convenience of a gift box and wrapping option with a personalised message. To have an item gift wrapped, please add the gift wrap product to your cart in addition to your item. Gift wrapped items include a handwritten note, calligraphy or brush lettering or typed note. Please specify when you place your order. Handwritten note is the default.

Sea friendly wrapping: Free
We also have a minimal packaging option available. If you would prefer a more sea friendly option, please outline your shipping preference when adding your product to your cart. or just send us a message with your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
All returns need to be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns must be unworn & in the original packaging in the condition as at time of sale. If an item has been damaged or worn, a refund will not be given.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return p&p costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
