Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Your jewellery will arrive in sustainable packaging - items come wrapped in 80% recycled tissue paper and gift boxes are 80% recycled card and easy to compost.
Should you be buying your item as a gift, we offer the convenience of a gift wrap option with personalised note.
