    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Intimate items including earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Conditions of return

     

    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    I will aim to ship In stock items the next day. If you need an urgent delivery I will try my best to get this out asap, just message me..Please select  Special delivery at checkout.

    Normal standard P&P will go  2nd class and there are upgrades for 1st & special deilvery.

    International Shipments: These will be tracked & signed. Please allow enough shipment time to clear customs.

    Your jewellery will arrive in sustainable packaging - items come wrapped in 80% recycled tissue paper and gift boxes are 80% recycled card and easy to compost.

     

    Should you be buying your item as a gift, we offer the convenience of a  gift wrap option with personalised note.

     

    We also have a minimal packaging option available. Please add your shipping preference when adding your product to your cart.
